One workshop, inspired by the number 1.
In this 1 hour workshop we use design elements as a guide to explore You, the individual. Tuning into who you are and where you are today. Perfect for a self-reflective reset, a moment of tlc and a perfect introduction to the design wellness practice. This workshop is similar to the workshop we held on January 1 of this year.
